XKEY - what is a good value setting for HDKEEPALIVE config?

i think the xkey.cfg file i have been using is an old one. it didn't have the HDKEEPALIVE option listed at all.
i have been having a few random console restart issues and figured maybe my hdd going to sleep was the cause of my problems.
i've done some research and found out about this option and added the lines of text to my xkey.cfg file.
the problem is the default value is set HDKEEPALIVE=0 and i gather that means zero seconds, which means the option is disabled.
could anyone please...

I need help, I bought a Xenon JTag years ago, and it has Mw2 mods on it, I just totally forgot how to use it, and when I use _mp.xex my games will not load. im using XeX 1.1 is that the reason? I never even got a chance to use it. need help! every time I try to load the copied game from my hard drive it black screens my till i dashboard. need the help of one of you modding genusis cuz after 5 years of owning this thing I totally forgot how to use it.

X360 Ace V4.1 issues and questions

Hey guys,
I just got my J-Runner and my x360 ACE v4.1 and im trying to RGH my trinity console. I already connected the J-Runner to the nand and read the nand and have thag saved. I wired in the ACE chip and was going to write trinity files to it but i have no idea what files to write. I can only find timing files for the old V3 chips and even then JRunner pops out a “Xilinx not detected error”

These new V4.1 chips have very little info online and I’m just looking for some guidance on what...

It seems the team behind X360ACE has released a new version of the chip marked as V4.
I guess it would be a new technology for reliable instant booting using extra C1 C2 points?
Otherwise there's no point to solder more wires compared to the already very good 6 wires V3 cafe version.
Also it's 3.3V instead of the 5V on the V3.

Hi,

Wondering if there's any good solution for Corona V6 2013 07/08 July/Aug RGH Freeze/Hang in the first 3-5 glitch attempts problem?
Many people say remove the R1R1 or grounding it would make it stable.
But I've removed the R1R1 and no difference. If the console doesn't boot to dash in the first 2~3 glitches, it will hang/freeze.

Corona V6 (4GB), MFR 2013-07
X360ACE V3, default factory timing files or 300MHz_CO_L_0.5_T_66.2

RGH DEMON not booting?

I had my Dual Nand Working perfectly, both Nands on 17511 when my friend came over and updated the Retail NAND to 17526. Now at first I was able to boot into Xell but not the DEMON NAND, but now after I tried to flash it again with a new hacked NAND, the power button just beeps without turning on. Retail NAND works perfectly so I'm assuming is a bad flash since hardware-wise it's worked perfectly for over a year. My retail NAND when read with J-Runner says:

JR Programmer v2 cannot be seen by Windows or J-Runner

Hey there,

I've been trying all I can to get this JR Programmer to work. I've read multiple threads and nothing has worked.
I thought I should reflash it but J-Runner will refuse to see it and in the Device Manager it comes up as "USB Input Device".

I've tried reinstalling the drivers but according to windows I have the best drivers at the moment and won't let me reinstall them.

So, i have a question, not too complicated.
I have bought a used Xbox360 like 4 years ago, and me being a stupid kid at the time forgot to create a New account, and i continued to use the one that came with the xbox. Thing is, i bought MANY games on the account that was already on the xbox and have un-installed them because of space issues. I would think that if you bought them you can probably re-install them at a later time. So i stopped playing xbox360 for quite a long time (1.5 Years)...

Need Help with installing games on my RGH/Corona

So everytime i put in a game disc i have itll say play DVD instead of play game and show the title of it. Idk what to do im trying to broad out my modding but not being able to download the games on my HDD is a pain and downloading ISO files take so long and most of them are corrupted or doesn't extract right so any help would be great or if you could talk me through the process via SKYPE, or show me a Youtube video that can help me in this situation. I really need this fixed.

On Ebay, I found a RGH 1.2 Xbox 360 Slim w/ 250 GB HDD. After years of wanting a modified console, I had finally decided to purchase it after getting my paycheck. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow and I was wondering if the RGH would still be worth it in 2018. Many people still use the 360, being that the One doesn't have any sort of hardware modification to run unsigned code and what not. Hi guys

I have been lurking all summer and are about ready to take the plunge.

And I have gone full on retard, to get most mod-bang for my buck.
So to do that, I have acquired following x-boxes:

Xenon on Dash 14719 (beyond hope? or can I flash the drive?)

Xenon on Dash 16756 (guess this one is gonna stay stock ?) Its my original and it have been repaired for RROD, but not a Opus it seems, does have a Zephyr style heatsink.

Falcon? on Dash 5766...

liteon 16d2s dead / no power

Hi

I have a falcon 360 with a broken liteon 16d2s drive. It's one I picked up used with the defect, because I was planning on doing an rgh on it anyways.
Now I dissasembled the console and studied the broken drive a bit closer, and it seems that the drive gets no power at all. The xbox dashboard is outdated and when I try to update it I get the c000 000e error (which seems to be related to the optical drive)...

I'd like to know if it's possible to fix this, or to determine if it's a...

JASPER RROD - RGH - Any ideas?

I was RGH'ing a JASPER with an X360ACE which mind you, i've done like 5 times flawlessly. I'm not new to soldering and used flux for all joints.

The system actually booted once, but then 5 seconds later RROD. After that I was never able to get the system to boot with RGH. I didn't connect CLK as this is not necessary. Reflashing the stock NAND by selecting it as source and clicking "write nand" in JRunner gives me the RROD lights.

I've looked over the 3 joints many many many times and I...

Xbox slim red dot of death

Hi everyone,

I just dissasembled my Xbox last night to install a dual nand chip with spi and glitchchip for RGH, but after removed the motherboard, the heat sink and the x-clamp, the Xbox is no longer boot... I haven't reinstall the x-clamp, so the heatsink isn't tight on the CPU!

When I power it on, there is the red dot of death !
I really hope I haven't mess with anything near the x-clamp on the mothernoard !

Is it normal that there is the red dot of death beacause the heatsink is...

Trinity With Ace V3 (no debug led->Green light) FT4R2 trace broken?

Hi,
I need some help fixing an exchanged trinity that doesn't glitch.
After a lot of tests i found out that had this:



That i think points me to assume that FT4R2 trace is broken.
Xbox turns ON but the ring of lights never goes round just the center one is flashing green.
And also on glitch chips (coolrunner &/or ace v3) green light(debug light) never comes on they only have the power On led (red led) only.
Any help appreciated.
