Picked up a console for $10, dvd drive needs work.

So after searching on offerup i found a console going for $10. (Jasper mobo, LiteOn drive) How could u go wrong? The lady said there wasn’t anything wrong with it, but i then found out once i powered it up the dvd drive was stuck closed. No biggie, fixed that issue. As i still have the dvd drive out, I put a disc in to test it and put the magnet on top. Turns out the spindle hub was not spinning or trying to spin whatsoever. Nor was the laser on. The hub was sturdy, not loose or anything and...

Updating Dashboard Problem

So I dumped my old nand from an earlier dashboard took that to my computer in updated the flash to the current dashboard then I took the updated nand to my Xbox and went into simple 360 nand flasher and flashed that updated nand to my Xbox. Then I went into system settings and it showed that my dashboard was updated then I reset my console and went back into setting and it went back to 17502. Brand new KV also. What is going on?

Stealth Server won’t Load HELP

So I’ve had a RGH for about 1 year now (still a noob). I can usually fix super simple problems but I cannot get this problem fixed. I went to boot up my RGH today and my stealth server (ninja) said rehash and redesign (I think that’s what it said) then it rebooted. When it rebooted, no stealth server loaded! I read somewhere that I need to change the KV? Or do I need to update something? Plz help this noob out thx

Hi,

Got a not working Trinity , it has problems, am trying to study it see if I could repair it.

The console has been attempted to do RGH2 long time ago by the previous owner but gave up half way.
A quick test shows the R3B15 resistor has blown out so there's no boot at all.
Looks like the RGH2 points has not been touched yet (POST, CPU_RST FT4R2,CLK FT3N2 or R3B15 point, yes R3B15 has blown out but there's no soldering mark at all ).

Repaired the R3B15 resistor with a 48 ohm one (I've no...

when you download games from the store, how do you find the files to edit/mod ?
I open up aurora and go to file manager & hdd/content/00000000000/ and I see the games but there aren't the same files as there would be when I torrent a game or etc

compared when i open my hdd/games/(bo2 for example) they have files that i can edit that I can't edit with the downloaded games ? can anyone help with this ?

I've found a Halo 3 edition console for a good price and I was thinking about getting it however if I recall correctly it's a zephyr and I don't know what dash it's on. Can it be RGH'd and if so what dash?

From what I can find all mw3 consoles are supposed to be coronas. I just got a used one today to rgh and after opening it noticed it's a trinity. So my question, did they ever make a mw3 trinity or did someone replace the motherboard? Also would that effect the resale value negatively? Thanks

With mw3 recently coming to bc I’ve done some recoveries for about 5 friends and myself. I have XBLA.ninja and a fresh kv. All of the accounts I stayed for a max of 10 minutes and deleted them off the hard drive. I’ve also signed back into my account to give myself the god mode classes and got off of it. I’m just worried my account will be banned or my friends accounts. I might just be to paranoid sine my original account got banned back in the day. Any replies would be appreciated.

I found this editor called "XB36Hazards_Installer" and it even has ties to this forum I believe. Is it safe? Does it work? Virustotal only reported 1 flag, and its most likely bs. I dont go on xbox live. I just want to add credits. Thanks

Hello there, this is how the story goes.
I bought an xbox xdk, why not, dirt cheap, it worked well, installed neighbourhood all that.
All was fine and dandy, etc. So i thought "Why not install a emulator!" cool right? Play some PS1 games, some Kojima stuff. "You're that ninja" style.
It was glitchy at first, it worked, played some test tetris thingy that came with the emulator. (lemme tell you i sent this thing via neighbourhood, used a guide from this site, dashlaunch didn't work, nor...

17511 to 17526 error flashing nand

I've never once had a problem so bad I couldn't find a fox for it myself but i am truly stumped.

I've been out of modding for some months now, I'm trying to update my dash from 17511 to 17526, however every time i try to use a nand flasher and launch default.xex (from the nand flasher) it freezes my console, puts me back to the dashboard and gives me an error.

before somebody comments on the irony of this, I know... i used to help people out with RGHs but honestly I've never had a problem...
