FREEZING/SHUTDOWN

I'm having an issue where my xbox either shuts down or freezes most of the time.. (It freezes OR shuts down randomly even when I just started the xbox.. Even when I just started freestyle 3.. And sometimes in the middle of a game)

I found this vid wherein this guy deleted his launch.ini and then the xbox stopped freezing (but I think its for xblse)

Anyways.. Can you guys please help me out :/..

Ohh and when it shuts down it doesn't seem like the wire was...
