Help With xbox slim

hi I need help I looked on google and youtube

so when I boot my xbox up it goes green then a solid red light one youtube video said its either the hdd slot or the heat sink it defiantly not the hdd as its a 4gb console then with the heat sink I put a fresh paste of arctic silver 5 on it and it still did it I'm hoping someone could help me out here
