fatal crash intercepted

hi guys i have a problem. i have put xenon offline files on to my RGH XBOX 360 SLIM with a new kv its online .but now when im on my RGH it keep comming up with fatal crash intercepted and black screen and then when i rebooted it back on it come up with this.if you can help that will be great thanks drew
