Trinity RGH Issue - ConsoleInfos.bin not populating after clearing

Good evening...I'm in the process of trying to fix an issue with my console. I have a Trinity RGH running the latest dash and having an issue getting the ConsoleInfos.bin to build itself back to the console. I know that this is supposed to be part of the console's own method of handling itself and is a form of autocorrection. Without this rebuilding itself, the console will not gain access to online services, thus presenting a pretty serious problem.
