RGH1.2 and Flashed Drive

I am going to mod my Phat Xbox 360 using Coolrunner rev c, it's on latest dash. But my xbox's dvd drive is already flashed using iXtreme lt+ 3.0.
Would this be a problem? Or will they work together just fine?
