**RGH HELP** MATRIX

Okay, So i have read my hand 4 times all matched and everything, but now I'm stuck on trying to program the cool runner with the matrix, i ordered a JPT cable off of eBay, soldered all the points, but now its not programming the nand, can anyone help me out with this? Here are the pics, did i set up the LPT cable right? I even tried switching programs from Jrunner to x360 tool.
