XPG Offline Files Help

I installed all the files and a new KV but it still says I'm banned when I logon to my offline account (the KV is unbanned, I have checked a ton), and I never get an "XPG Success" notification. All that happened was my RGH rebooted once but had no notification pop up.

How can I get these files to work?
