Stuck at 0.0/0.0mb on xex menu

I have some games on a flash stick, i can only play them off my flash stick because when I click Y on the folder and copy it, go to hdd1:/games and paste it, the two bars dont move, its stuck at 0.0 mbs / 0.0 mbs

why is this? i have room on the hdd so thats fine
i tried freestyle dash but it didnt work
