So i bought the JR2 Programmer as well as the CR4 xl, and i dont know how to solder/plug? the JR2 programmer into my xbox(Jasper, 16mb Nand) HHEEEEEEELLPPP! I Didnt get the Phat QSB Kit and im not going to either

i figured out that i need to strip the headers off the cable... stupid me..
can someone show me a direct install guide of the cr4 xl on phat.. because i can only find tutorials of installing it with a qsb and i dont have the QSB's
