Any one Know C++, C#, Or VB?

Hey I have been trying to make a modding tool for a while and cant seem to teach my self im not in the level of school where it is a choice to learn programing and I kinda wanna learn the basics and stuff!

so if any one can help please reply or pm me with how I can contact you and what you can teach me THX I really ippreciate if you help me! I might throw in some modded lobbys for you with the rte tool I/we create!​
