Fatal crash intercepted after starting Alien Isolation but the first time it was fine

I accidentally moved the disc 1 folder to USBMU1 (which is the thumbdrive that i only use for dlcs) and the transfer wasnt successful. But the first file was transferred (but i didnt know that at that time). I moved the files again on the right path and now it worked. Played the game fine.
But on the second reboot and played the game, it crashes when i continue the game.

My question is, why did the crash happen? Do you think maybe because the disc 1 files arent in the same USB drive? (cause...
