Help with new RGH2 360 slim console

I am getting RGH2 installed on my xbox 360 slim tomorrow and i want to install the best and most recent XUID spoofer.. I am new at this so i would also need some kind of tutorial on installation and how to use it and also ways to prevent myself from getting console banned.. I'm sure my questions are spread out all over the forums so it would be great to get straight forward answers and make this less time consuming as possible and try to make as less mistakes as possible...
