XBox 360 Freezing randomly and making weird static noise?

Then I reset my xbox and I get 2-3 rings flashing,I wait awhile then it works for a bit then freezes up again, also get loads of Lines bursting all over my screen


tryed the towel still the same and also tryed stopping the fans
