KV on checker says unbanned but its console banned

I have a KV checker and I have tested multiple KV's and they say unbanned but when i launch on my console they say console banned. I did some banned KV's from se7ensins knowing they're banned and KV checker says they are banned. Any idea of how to fix this? thanks.
