Need help with XBLS

Well recently I decided I'd try to go on my RGH and have a bit of fun as I have free time.

Bought ninja and what not, yet everytime I log in to a person or load an app/Game my RGH will freeze. It's consistent too it's never once not done that, I'm not even able to redeem my token because of it.

Any ideas?
