Installing a TU with a non-xbox formatted USB (JTAG)

How could I go about getting a title update from xboxunity.net and installing it on my jtag with a USB? I do not have internet at home and i would like to install title updates for some of my games I have on my Jtag.
USB is not formatted with my xbox console
