Need help fixing my jtag/rgh

Hi.
I tried updating the dashboard on my jtag/rgh and ever since it has been missing a lot of features for example.
-I cannot system link any more (not sure if this has anything to do with the dash)
-I cannot access any edit profile/avatar features.
-All accounts are corrupt
-Cant play some games any more

does anyone know what is wrong with this and how I can fix it or do you know somewhere I can take it to so it can get fixed. I live in Cardiff, Wales, UK
