JTAG Requirements for Online

Hey everyone, I have owned my jtag for some time now, but I have never been online with it before (mainly because of the, at the time, high costs of XBLS). I now want to do this, but first I would like to know what I need to have to make sure I don't get instantly banned.
Currently I have:
-Falcon Jtag on dash 17349 (Only flashed the updated nand, nothing else)
-Dashlaunch 3.15
-Fxmenu
-Unbanned KV

I was going to get a VPN for my jtag, so my retail will hopefully stay untouched by M$.
