Bring back failed RGH consoles?

I have a few jaspers that were failed rgh attempts. They were all working great before the rgh attempt. They all have red lights. I do not have any nand dumps, or cpu keys

I've read of donor nands to boot to retail, i guess?

If it's possible to bring these back, plz let me know
