*Help* RGH Coolrunner Rev. C on a Slim Trinity *Help*

I have done everything to do the RGH and have been successful, i dumped my nand did the Xell, and now i have the glitch chip installed but when i turn it on the green light on the CR only flashes once and then the green light on the Xbox keeps flashing, Please Help.

Now it only flashes once but does not boot
