Flashing KV, help

Everytime I try to flash the KV to my nand using 360 Flash Tool & Flash 360 it doesn't boot after doing it. Then I have to flash my original nand through Xell. I have tried everything, changing type of KV & different tutorials. I am doing everything correctly but after doing it my console refuses to boot.

Please help, appreciate it.
