[Support] I need a little help flashing Lite-On

I've looked at all the tutorials so plz don't tell me to google something.

I have no experience whatsoever in flashing or JTAGing. I would just like to do it myself ASAP

BTW: I am getting a VIA6421 pci sata card tomorrow to use with the drive. Please let me know...
