RGH, need help

Hello, recently my RGH has been working just fine, no problems, and I turned it on today and it wouldn't boot. I tried multiple times then I thought what if I try A/V Cables, and it worked so I retried the HDMI, didn't work. So at this point I thought it was the cable, I bought a brand new one and still didn't work. Is there something wrong with the HDMI port? (Also if it helps, a couple days ago I noticed red lines on the screen idk if this has anything to do with it).
