Harddrive Problem

I have a retail slim and a 320 gb harddrive. I bought the 320 gb harddrive because my original 250 gb was lost when I moved. 4 Months later I find my 250 with all my gamesaves and everything. I try to take the 320 out of the xbox and it LITERALLY won't come out, no matter what I try.
Morale of the Story: 320 stuck in my xbox; need to remove.
