Trinity Slim with Cool Runner Rev C. installed won't boot into Xell Reloaded

I have recently RGH'd my Trinity and all wires are perfectly soldered and in place. Whenever I try to boot up the console my screen stays black with [No signal] on it. I'm using an HDMI cable for the visuals. Also another issue, whenever I try to boot up the console it never glitches on the chip, only the Red LED on the Cool Runner Rev C. turns on because it detects Power. My power button shows a blinking green light when powered on for the attempt of a boot into Xell Reloaded. What can I do to...
