So my RGH can't connect to Xbox Neighborhood anymore. Ever since the 17639 dash I haven't been able to connect my RGH to Xbox Neighborhood or RTE tools. Even though I had not updated it. Here's what I've tried-
1. Fresh xbdm.xex
2. Fresh launch.ini
3. New static internal IP
4. Multiple Dynamic IP's
5. New NAND on same dash (17676)
6. Updating NAND (17639)
7. Reinstalling Neighborhood
8. Different PC
9. Wired connection
10. Connecting RGH directly to PC
