Dash 17349 Avatar update help required

Hello,

I have just updated my glitch hack xbox 360 to dash 17349.
The avatars are missing.
I downloaded a file and put it in the root of a fat32 usb stick, inserted it in the xbox360 and it will not update. I have reset the console but still no good.
Can someone please assist me?
