XBLA in rgh

Hello,

Is there a way to play arcade games from the original dashboard? Or only from FSD? How can I do it? I read that I need to patch them first, how can I do if?

And finally do I need an offline account to play them? Or can I use my live profile with them without risk of ban (I use that profile in another console (retail not modified one) yo update gamerscore and play live and original games.
