Jtag/rgh XBLA Arcade Games locked all of a sudden Help.

so i get on my rgh to play some xbla arcade games and noticed they were not unlocked anymore.
I don't know what I did to cause this has this happend to anyone else?
any idea on how to fix this, and yes I have xm360 and had the games unlocked before.
the games also don't show up in xm360 i don't remember if they ever did but they did unlock at one point
