Ok so I have finally saved up some money for getting either a RGH/JTAG. Ive done my research but I would like to know what I should do. So, heres what I want to do with my mods. First, I want to host Modded Lobbys like on GTA V. I can figure that out but I dont know what to buy and what I need in order for this to be possible. And yes I have a retail so Im thinking I can do the infenct way. But can someone tell me What I will need and the cheapest place to buy it! Thanks
