Insta Banned Loading BO2

I'm pretty much the most forgetful person you will see on here!
After wasting 2 KVs, I finally got online and talked to a couple of people in a party. I went to load BO2 and I was banned instantly.
What do I need to do to stop this? I know it's something stupid that I've forgotten, I just need someone to remind me as there isn't any threads explaining this.
