Help me Fix my RGH (ReWard)

I recently did something and I'm not sure what but now no server or offline files will reboot to finalize any of my kvs.
Like the kv sets
Just doesnt reboot or anything
I know this because my Console ID and Serial in System Info Changes

How ever it doesnt let me go onilne, it either gives me a live connection error
or lets me connect for 5 seconds then Live connection error
