please read

i downloaded the xbox 360 Neighborhood and when i open it it says i need the ip stuff i know the ip thing but i keep getting the msg saying it could not be found and i tried just typing jtag and it still says the same thing

ok i put the xbdm on my xbox i went to the plugin 1 and i set it as the xbdm then i went from the plugin to the hdd i clicked x then a green circle lit up with a check on it what do i do from there
