Is RGH'ing done?

I've been roaming the forums of se7ensins, and I've been noticing people commenting that Xbox consoles that have been rgh'd are done for. No longer able to go online, instantly banned kv's ect.

So yeah, I'm just wanting to know if RGH modding will ever come back?
