How do I not get caught?

I've just got my xbox jTaged and the guy who did it said I need to signup to a service to stop me from getting banned. He suggested this site here: https://xbls.ninja

Can someone give me a bit more info on if this is true etc.?

I'm not planning on playing online just custom games with my mates.
