HELP! I CAN'T BOOT BLACK OPS 2!

I have people wanting me to recover them on BO2 and my RGH won't boot BO2 from disc or .xex.

I can boot all other CODS.

I am using the XPG offline files, and when I boot BO2 the green light in the middle of were you turn on the power goes out but the controller detection light is still on. My tv just shows black.
