Freestyle Paths Question

I messed up and initially added the root path and three levels deep in Freestyle. Now, for instance, when I go in to the XBLA GUI entry, I see a lot of other stuff (I think everything on the drive).

I have since figured out how to add specific paths. But the damage, it seems, is done. Is there any way to revert this error without formatting? Thanks.
