Can someone help me out?

I need some help on teamviewer getting my RGH online.

I updated the new dash, and bought a KV.

But the KV won't download, and I accidentally deleted something off the HDD, and I have no clue what i'm doing. Help would be much appreciated, i can give you some btc or something for your troubles.
