Permamently Banned - What Should I Do?

Hello,
So after getting a recovery for GTA Online I had faith that I wouldn't get banned since it is a .36% chance rate of getting banned, sadly I was one of the banned users. Should I post on the forums or make a UA claim? I'd rather not make a new account since I just got settled in, I understand it was my decision to do this I just need to see some feedback.
