XBOX 360 NXE Failure

Ok from trying to solve one problem, I found I have a new issue now...

so Im trying to load the xbox factory dash from FSD. I went to the miniblades menu and pressed Y..nothing, just a black screen. I reboot and go into dash launch and set Button Y to flash\dash.xex and save and load settings. Reboot, hold down RB button nothing..load screen is all scrambled after load animation. I reboot, load FSD, bring up the miniblades menu, hit Y button..E71 code.

Any help?
