RGH consoles DVD drive won't play/read discs

Hey there, I'm pretty new to this so bear with me.

I got my RGH up and running, and got freestyle dash installed as well but the problem I am having is that my box doesn't seem to be reading discs correctly. When I have a disc inserted it displays a generic disc icon and just says "Play Game". I'd been planning on ripping a couple games onto the hard drive to tinker with but ran into this issue.

I've gathered that its probably because my DVD key isn't matching up but I'm unsure how to fix...
