Xbox 360 Disc Drive Problems

My disc drive on my xbox 360 does not seem to want to play discs. I can watch netflix and play downloaded games but no discs.

Yes I have:
1. Cleared my cache
2. Reinstalled the dashboard
3. Deleted/redownloaded my profile
4. Any and every suggestion I have seen so far.
