RGH Wont Read Games just says "Open Tray"

I jacked up my nand and now idk what to do. First time in rgh land since 6-7 years(was on jtag then). But im lost. My kv is bad somehow and idk what to do lol


[UPDATE] Flashed my nand and have all my info restored. It shows my kv, kv type, dvd key, etc.( It used to say bad kv). But my dvd drive is still not reading disks. Now what?
