Xbox game installing help

I'm having a problem/question I want to install Black ops 1 since it's not installable on my 360 ( gets stuck at 49%) and I'm wondering is there another way to install it without using another disk like downloading an ISO and copying install files to a usb and install from there

Ps I don't have a modded console or flashed drive

There's a tutorial on YouTube

But I'm not sure if it will work and not sure where to get the files from I am familiar with using...
