Xbox 360 Won't Power On, TV may have fried it?

Alright, so I was playing my 360 for a few hours last night, and everything was fine.

I have my TV (Vizio VX20L) and Speakers hooked into a power strip (as an extension cord basically) plugged into a surge protector. The Xbox 360 was plugged into the surge protector directly.
