Help with xell

I rghd my first console and I'm having issues connecting to the xell ip it's giving me the default 192.168.1.99 I type that in internet explorer and won't load the page had this issue with my corona rgh a year ago and I don't remember how I fixed it I tried connecting my Ethernet to my router just gives me the same ip

Edit: I just read somewhere that I might have to change my ports
Can't figure it out still I just plugged in my other rgh connected fine to my vpn then I unplugged it plugged...
