xbox backup cretor and xbox image browser (Error)

pretty much the title says it all i recently encountered a error when trying to open xbox imag browser and thanks to Atlas he mentioned something about xbox backup creator so i downloaded it but apon opening it i get the same error witch is this right here it says im missing something but i don't get what i may be missing if anyone could kindly help me out.
