Question about X360 acc. Suspension.

Hello! I recently got suspended, and I'm trying to take off the suspension on my account. It's telling me to add a payment option, but I would like to know if it will charge me for the money owed.



Here is a picture. I would like to know what these two things mean.

1. Right next to "Gold - 1 Month" it says "$21.38 USD". I would like to know if that is gonna be charged to my CC, and if it's immediately when I add a valid...
